Last summer I got my first buff, a UV Half Buff. I’ve also had the change to try the Original Full Buff and now the Full UV Buff.
What is the difference between the original and the UV version?
From the Buff USA website: UV BUFF® headwear keeps the sun fun while blocking 95% of harmful UV rays*. Hour after hour, COOLMAX® Extreme fabric wicks away sweat to keep you cool and Polygiene® Active Odor Control neautralizes odor.
The biggest differences are that the UV Buff is made with the COOLMAX® Extreme fabric and blocks UV rays. I found that the UV Buff was a lighter fabric that the Original which feels a lot softer and better on the skin than the Original as well.
There are a lot of ways to wear the UV Buff but my favorite ways are around the neck and on my wrist. It’s been really hot here in San Diego so my Buff has been coming in very handy.
The UV Buff comes in a lot of different colors and patterns, there’s something for everyone. I picked the Mosaic pattern which has a lot of different colors in it so I can always be #runmatchy™ :).
Don’t forget that you can have a chance to win $215 of Buff gear in the Buff in the Wild Instagram & Twitter contest.
And come to #BibChat on Tuesday, May 17 for a chance to win one of your own.
