I live in a place where it’s summer almost all year round but for the first 23ish years of my life, I lived in places where summer was from Memorial Day and if we were lucky until Labor Day. Summer meant barbecue’s, going to the pool or beach and spending as much time outside as possible!
My friends at BabbleBoxx sent me their Outdoor Adventures 2022 Box to share some awesome products with you all.
So what was in my box?
First up a super cool booked that is really up my alley called The Workout Bucket List by Greg Presto from Running Press. It’s got a bunch of really cool things to do including Hunting Space Invaders on the streets of San Diego! that are motivating to me as some one who has been struggling to get back to a normal run routine.
You can check out the book here.
Next up is CORE Foods CORE Bars, which are plant-based (Vegan), organic, refrigerated bars that are made with a combo of probiotics & prebiotic fiber.
They come in flavors like Peanut Butter Chocolate, Blueberry Banana Almond, Dark Chocolate Cherry & Coconut Chocolate Chip among others. You store them in the fridge but they are able to stay out of the fridge or on-the-go for up to one week. I like to keep mine in the fridge until lunch time and then eat a CORE bar for my mid-afternoon snack. By then they are nice and soft.
Not only are they tasty but the Probiotic & Prebiotic fiber helps keep your immunity up & your gut happy which makes a happier & healthier you!
Want to try CORE Bars for yourself? You can check them out here and use code SUMMER20 for 20% off.
Next up I got 99% Aloe Vera Gelly & EcoDrink Naturals from Lily of the Desert.
I don’t know about you guys but summer occasionally means a little sunburn and Aloe Vera has always been my goto.
Lily of the Desert’s Aloe Vera Gelly contains their own organically grown aloe plants and it can be used for more than just sunburn but also as a daily moisturizer, shaving gel, scalp soother and more. And this detail I found on their site really was interesting to me as someone with really dry skin, their 99% Aloe Vera Gelly can hydrate a minimum of 3 epidermal layers which gives ultimate moisturization.
I also got a box of yummy Strawberry Lemonade EcoDrink Naturals. These stick packs contain 28 highly absorbable nutrients including key electrolytes to keep us hydrated. And it also contains 100% Daily Allowance of Vitamins A, C, D, E, B7 & B12. It’s sweeten with Stevia but has no added sugar, caffeine or gluten.
Next up SOLO® who is well known for it’s iconic red cup. Solo makes a lot more than just red cups and I’m pretty sure most picnics I’ve been to over the years have included at least one SOLO® product.
This year is no exception and SOLO 18 oz printed clear cups and paper plates are products Sean & I are taking with us for our outdoor adventures.
The clear cups are shatter resistant & made with 20% post-consumer recycled content while the sturdy paper plates are made with 99% plant-based renewable sources which makes them compostable & recycleable. That makes me feel good about using them.
Check out some fun summer activities, etc. by check out the SOLO page here.
Next up is the Staheekum Women’s Summit & Go Slipper in honey. These are perfect easy daily go to slip on slippers. These slippers come in super handy for when I’m heading outside to do morning yoga or for when we are camping.
These corduroy slippers have a memory foam insole, the lining is made of recycled water bottles and the outsole is indoor/outdoor.
Staheekum is a PNW brand that has an outdoor & sustainability focus & they plant a tree for every item sold on their website which is super cool!
Want to get a pair for yourself? Head to staheekum.com and use code BBOXX22 for 10% off.
And there you go. Some cool new to me products, a few oldie but goodies and fun products to take with us on our outdoor adventures this summer!
