I have worn Pro Compression for years and years and they are my go-to when I need compression socks, while running, recovering or even on long plane rides!

Who doesn’t need a cell phone charger? Well my friends over at MyCharge have these incredible magsafe chargers that I absolutely love! While I don’t use this on a shorter run, it comes in really handy for ultras and for post run when you need a quick charge.

It’s incredible how nice it is to not have to carry your phone in your hand, I really run better with it hooked to my back ;).
